Dans sa d\u00e9cision d\u2019ao\u00fbt 2017, la juge McDonald de la Cour f\u00e9d\u00e9rale s\u2019est rang\u00e9e du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du gouvernement.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial; font-size: 16px;\">L\u2019Association a fait appel de cette d\u00e9cision en octobre&nbsp;2017. Notre appel contestera la d\u00e9cision de la Cour au motif que la juge a commis de nombreuses erreurs de droit et de fait pour rendre sa d\u00e9cision. C\u2019est sur cette base que nous formulerons les arguments de l\u2019appel. <\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial; font-size: 16px;\">L\u2019Association et ses sections individuelles maintiennent une solide r\u00e9serve de fonds pour d\u00e9fendre nos pensions et nos prestations, ainsi que pour poursuivre des causes juridiques comme celles-ci. <\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial; font-size: 16px;\">En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la Cour r\u00e9serve son jugement jusqu\u2019apr\u00e8s ces audiences et rendra une d\u00e9cision \u00e9crite \u00e0 une date ult\u00e9rieure.
