Comme le RSSFP n\u2019a pas fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un examen complet depuis 2006, de nombreux aspects du r\u00e9gime sont maintenant d\u00e9battus.\n <\/h5>\n\n

Les n\u00e9gociations sur le renouvellement du R\u00e9gime de soins de sant\u00e9 de la fonction publique (RSSFP) se poursuivent. Retrait\u00e9s f\u00e9d\u00e9raux, les agents n\u00e9gociateurs de la fonction publique et les repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7e\u00b7s du Secr\u00e9tariat du Conseil du Tr\u00e9sor se sont rencontr\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs reprises au cours du dernier mois, pour examiner les am\u00e9liorations \u00e0 apporter \u00e0 votre r\u00e9gime de soins de sant\u00e9 et en discuter.<\/p>\n\n

Le dernier examen complet du RSSFP a eu lieu en 2006. Par cons\u00e9quent, de nombreux points sont en cours de discussion pour am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des participant\u00b7e\u00b7s au r\u00e9gime. Les retrait\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s nous disent souvent que l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des soins de la vue et des services param\u00e9dicaux, entre autres, est une priorit\u00e9 majeure.<\/a><\/p>\n\n

M\u00eame si les discussions progressent, il y a encore des conversations difficiles \u00e0 l\u2019horizon.<\/p>\n\n

Les am\u00e9liorations du r\u00e9gime entra\u00eenent des co\u00fbts, et une partie de ces n\u00e9gociations consistera \u00e0 examiner comment nous pouvons r\u00e9aliser des gains tout en maintenant l\u2019abordabilit\u00e9 du r\u00e9gime <\/p>\n\n

Nous participons \u00e0 des discussions difficiles sur des moyens permettant de faire face \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation des co\u00fbts du RSSFP. \u00ab Les membres nous font souvent part de leurs inqui\u00e9tudes sur l\u2019abordabilit\u00e9 du r\u00e9gime lorsqu\u2019ils voient que leurs primes continuent d\u2019augmenter \u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association, Jean-Guy Souli\u00e8re. \u00ab Cela a des cons\u00e9quences pour les personnes retrait\u00e9es \u00e0 revenu fixe et il faut en parler lors du renouvellement du r\u00e9gime. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n
