Apr\u00e8s un retard entra\u00een\u00e9 par les \u00e9lections, Retrait\u00e9s f\u00e9d\u00e9raux est heureux de poursuivre les n\u00e9gociations sur le RSSFP avec une vigueur renouvel\u00e9e.\n <\/h5>\n\n

Lors d\u2019une r\u00e9cente r\u00e9union, les repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7e\u00b7s des membres du R\u00e9gime de soins de sant\u00e9 de la fonction publique (RSSFP) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s que les repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7e\u00b7s du Secr\u00e9tariat du Conseil du Tr\u00e9sor (SCT) ont re\u00e7u, de la part de la nouvelle pr\u00e9sidente du SCT Mona Fortier qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9e apr\u00e8s les \u00e9lections f\u00e9d\u00e9rales de 2021, le mandat de poursuivre les n\u00e9gociations sur le renouvellement du RSSFP.<\/p>\n\n

M\u00eame si les parties se sont rencontr\u00e9es r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, la prise de d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 limit\u00e9e parce que les repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7e\u00b7s du SCT attendaient un mandat actualis\u00e9 de la part de la nouvelle pr\u00e9sidente du SCT. Le mandat \u00e9nonce les priorit\u00e9s du gouvernement pour le renouvellement du r\u00e9gime et les param\u00e8tres \u00e0 l\u2019intention du personnel du SCT sur la n\u00e9gociation du r\u00e9gime.<\/p>\n\n

Toutefois, il demeure des points \u00e0 travailler pour veiller \u00e0 ce qu\u2019on tienne compte des besoins des pensionn\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s lors du renouvellement du RSSFP, affirme Jean-Guy Souli\u00e8re, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association et repr\u00e9sentant des pensionn\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s.<\/p>\n\n
