Eastern Manitoba 2025 Fall General Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Annual General Meeting of the Eastern Manitoba Branch was held on\u00a0Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025\u00a0<\/strong>in the Pinawa Alliance Church. A light lunch was followed by two guest speakers and then a brief<\/strong> Branch update.<\/span><\/p>\n

The guest speakers at this meeting were\u00a0Kathy Picard <\/strong>and Kristen Ticknor<\/strong> Kathy led those at the meeting in some basic exercises for seniors [<\/span>see link, here<\/span><\/a>]. \u00a0Kristen gave her presentation on the topic:\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>The Importance of \u00a0Nutrition as we age\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/span><\/em> A copy of Kristen’s presentation is available <\/span>here.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n
