Winnipeg & District

Welcome – so glad you found us! With over 6000 members, we are the largest branch in Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario region. Most of our members are in Winnipeg with the remaining spread south to the border and as far north to Churchill.

Your branch places a high priority on keeping members informed by providing quality and timely information. There are two general meetings per year in April and November and we aim to have sessions out of Winnipeg as well.  The following webpages are updated continually changing to give you dates and times of meetings, special activities and events, and money saving offerings by local preferred partners, all geared to the interests of our membership.

Your board of directors is committed to serve you, our members.  We encourage you to volunteer or provide suggestions.  We look forward to hearing from you.

• You must be a current (paid) member of the Winnipeg and District Branch,
• You recruit a new member who joins and pays single or double membership (spouse/partner) – double counts as one recruitment,
• You or the new member emails our branch winnipeg@federalretirees.ca with the names of the recruiter (you) and the new member(s),
• We send you a $25 gift card to a business of your choice!**

• You must be a current (paid) member of the Winnipeg and District Branch,
• You convert your membership to a double membership (spouse/partner) with payment,
• You email our branch  winnipeg@federalretirees.ca  with the names of the recruiter (you) and the new member (spouse/partner),
• We send you a $15 gift card to Tim Hortons or Starbucks (specify your choice).
