We are proud of our volunteers who joined our branch to provide valuable skills and talents to assist our organization and its members. The volunteers answer to responsibilities that are specific to their interest, knowledge and expertise as they are assigned to their respective office in the board of directors. *: Please note that Mrs. Kalpana Gupta was assigned the director’s office of “Events” and “Speakers Series” at the Board of Directors meeting in November 2024. This Director position is to be re-elected in 2027 after its 3-years assignment.

We also have some additional volunteers from our branch who hold branch, provincial, and national positions to represent and serve our members. They do wonderful works by attending various meetings and by contacting persons of interest to increase the visibility of the Association in our branch, province, and country.

Volunteering Opportunities

Volunteers are always welcomed; we would appreciate your time, talents, and skills to support the Winnipeg & District Branch with various events and activities. You do not need to be a member of the board to volunteer!

Volunteers will be assigned to an existing committee and may decide later to be part of our board membership. See the empty or “non assigned” positions as listed in the above two tables.
