Please note that branch bylaw 6.2 allows branch members to make nominations from the floor at the meeting. If the nominee is not present in person, the nomination must be supported by a written statement from the nominee indicating the nominee’s willingness to serve.

Location: The Italian Cultural Centre (Trattoria Hall), 3075 Slocan St., Vancouver B.C.
The AGM was called to order at 11:30 with 99 members and guests in attendance.
Branch elections were called to fill four positions that were vacant due to either a Director reaching the end of their term or an individual resigning. The elections resulted in the following determinations:
President, Tom Chang
Secretary, Danielle Rehm
Director, Ian Sanderson
Director, Randall (Rey) Fox
