Edmonton Branch Interim President
Unforeseen circumstances recently led to a vacancy in the Edmonton Branch president position. At a meeting on June 25 the Edmonton Branch board of directors unanimously voted to appoint Brian Emdin as the interim branch president. He will serve until the next branch annual general membership meeting in May 2026. Brian has been a volunteer on the Edmonton Branch board of directors since 1998 serving as the 1st VP, president, past president, president, past president and now president again. With the support of the talented Edmonton board, Brian is confident the interests and concerns of all our Branch members will be well represented in cooperation with and support from our national office Staff and our national board of directors.

Efffective Nov. 1, 2024, Sun Life no longer administer the Pensioners Dental Service Plan (PDSP). As with the PSHCP, they are administered by Canada Life .
